We invite you to rediscover your love and improve your relationship at our exciting and dynamic Workshops in Buffalo, NY. Our Workshops are for people, like you, who want to enhance their communication skills and learn confiding and problem-solving techniques that really work. Our full day workshops will renew your love and commitment to each other and provide you with many new tools to continue to increase the joy in your relationship. We teach EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS for couples carefully following the PAIRS Method. Your privacy is respected and couples are not forced, or expected, to share any problems or issues between them during the workshops.

JUMPSTART - is our 8 hour basic skills class. This will give you some basic PAIRS skills to get started in a positive direction with your relationship.

PASSAGE TO INTIMACY - is our 16 hour class with a complete set of skills. This includes the daily temperature reading, dialog guide, anger management, bonding, fair fighting for change, the revolving ledger and much more.

What is PAIRS?

These workshops have been designed by the PAIRS Foundation which is an international leader in effective relationship workshops. PAIRS stands for "Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills". All PAIRS Workshops have been designed and tested by mental health professionals. The goal of Heart to Heart Workshops and PAIRS is to strengthen relationships, improve marriages and family life and to develop a more loving, peaceful world. Not surprisingly, your children will also benefit greatly by your participation in PAIRS workshops. Your improved communication, confiding and problem-solving skills will be useful in all stages of your children's development and is a life-long gift to them. You will learn many useful and exciting techniques that will enable you to enjoy happier and healthier relationships. You will learn about the Relationship Roadmap, Communication Styles, Daily Temperature Reading, Dialog Guide, Fair Fighting for Change, Shared Meaning, the Triune Brain, Emotional Allergies and "Emptying the Jug".

Who Teaches the Workshops?

We are Certified PAIRS Level 3 Instructors and have professionally taught and counseled for many years. We have been married for 33 years and draw on our experience as a married couple. We are experienced trainers, are both fluent in English and Spanish and conduct workshops in both languages.

PAIRS training has greatly enhanced our marriage and we invite you to do the same through one of our workshops. It doesn't matter if you are young, or old, or if you have been married 5 months or 50 years. If you are living together, planning a wedding, single, newly married, experiencing serious problems in your relationship or, already have a satisfying marriage; we are interested in helping you strengthen your bond.
